As a seasoned traveler and a lover of luxury, my recent stay at this St Andrews hotel left me with mixed feelings. the location was prime, with easy access to the vibrant city center and the picturesque golf course. the value proposition was exceptional, with top-notch facilities like a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and sumptuous beds that made for a comfortable stay. However, the lack of clear communication regarding the entry code was a major inconvenience that marred my experience. the confusion surrounding the access to the property and the constant chasing for information left me frustrated. The attention to detail in the room's furnishings and the impeccable finishings were noteworthy, but the issues with the entry code and lack of communication detracted from the overall experience. Despite the affordable price and excellent facilities, the lack of organization and communication left a sour taste in my mouth. Overall, while the hotel offered great value for money, there are areas that need improvement to truly elevate the guest experience.
